Police say multiple people also injured in East Lansing shooting with reports of suspect fleeing on foot
A Michigan State University (MSU) spokeswoman has reportedly confirmed that one person was killed in a shooting on the East Lansing campus as police say multiple people have been injured.
The police made the statement on Monday night on Twitter, saying there appeared to be only one suspect. They did not say if anyone was in custody.
