Footage appears to show man being rescued from scene by crane, as thick smoke engulfs area
A large fire has broken out at the construction site of a high-rise building in Reading, Berkshire, with footage showing a huge plume of black smoke billowing from the scene.
Royal Berkshire fire and rescue service said it received reports of the blaze near Napier Road at 11.38am on Thursday.
