Budget airline Ryanair has been forced to cut some flights this winter due to delays receiving 737 jets from Boeing.
Yesterday, Ryanair said that production problems meant Boeing would only deliver 14 of the 27 aircraft due by late December, with disruptions likely to linger through mid-2024.
“We are working closely with Boeing and their supplier, Spirit, to minimise these delivery delays.
“It is deeply regrettable that production problems in Wichita and in Seattle have yet again delayed Boeing’s contracted deliveries to Ryanair this winter.
