Armed police detain man in Exeter city centre hours after fatal attack in Ludwell Valley Park
A man has been arrested after a woman in her 70s was fatally attacked in a park in Exeter.
After a police appeal, a man in his 30s from the Exmouth area was detained by armed officers in the city centre just after 9.30pm on Saturday.
