Lastly, cab:app is meant for the black cab and licensed taxi industry with a network of 11,500 drivers across 90 locations in the UK and Ireland.

Offers a range of financial services

Founded by Derek Stewart in 2018, Paysme revealed that its business model and platform have been designed to generate multiple revenue streams from a range of financial services across a number of SME communities. The company’s existing and future revenue streams are detailed here.

The existing revenue stream includes recurring daily revenue from card payment processing. On the other hand, the future revenue streams include transactional revenue on all e-commerce & digital banking activities, commission-based revenue share from other financial services bought through the platform and subscription revenue based on a SaaS model for enterprise customers and members.

Besides this, Paysme has added a suite of financial products tailored to help the SMEs maximise their business, giving them support today and for the future. The Paysme platform is tailored to help SMEs easily transition to the digital economy through aggregation, innovation & specialization. It will help them create a network effect to help SMEs save money when buying financial services, make money when selling using omni-channel commerce and grow faster by building a community of new customers.
