Rawnet bolsters its team to support rapid expansion and new service capabilities

Rawnet, a leading digital agency, has today announced its expansion with new appointments to its team, to continue delivering exceptional results for its growing client base. The latest additions join the team at an exciting time, helping the company to support its strengthened portfolio of digital strategy services.

Following its recent acquisition by Castelnau Group, a Phoenix Asset Management Partners Ltd group company, Rawnet has been able to invest in its people and technology, to provide a better service to all clients and ensure the company is meeting its value proposition in terms of becoming a real strategic partner. This includes the full spectrum of digital transformation capabilities, from digital strategy, enterprise technical builds, to reimagined e-commerce platforms and traffic generation via digital marketing.

As part of this transition, the agency has tripled its strategic and marketing teams, bringing onboard experts across email marketing, social media and UI development. The increase in headcount has allowed members of the team to hone their skills and focus on their specialist area of the business, establishing new ways to provide the very best possible strategies and thinking for clients.

Joining the team is Luke Tibbets, Rawnet’s new specialist Marketing Strategist. In this role, he will be responsible for optimising and enhancing email marketing, plus marketing automation amongst clients and new business leads. Kathleen Wilson has also been appointed as Senior Project Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in delivering projects against scope and budget. She will also be managing Rawnet’s growing client portfolio and projects with multiple teams and stakeholders across the agency.

Rawnet’s investigative process alongside the team’s creativity and technical expertise builds the agency as a valuable partner to its clients. As a result, it has developed compelling digital products with a variety of well-known brands. In line with the company’s refined team roles and expanding service offerings, it has seen exceptional success with exciting new client wins, offering more strategic projects that add longer-term value and ensure its clients are fit for the future.

Commenting on the agency’s success, Adam Smith, Managing Director at Rawnet said, “The COVID-19 pandemic has not come without its challenges, but as a company, we have used it as a great opportunity to adapt and grow our services to ensure we’re meeting our clients’ changing needs. Every agency needs that major event to set it on a new trajectory, and we have used the last 12 months as an opportunity to learn and challenge ourselves.”

“I am delighted to welcome our new team members to Rawnet and I’m confident that they will make a fantastic contribution to the ambitious vision that we have for the future. Our partnerships with customers are an essential part of Rawnet’s successful growth over the past year, and we look forward to continuing to create a long term positive impact for our clients,” concludes Adam Smith.
