Teenager to appear at youth court charged over rush-hour killing of schoolgirl in south London
A 17-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of 15-year-old Elianne Andam in Croydon, south London.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear at youth court, sitting at Croydon magistrates court, on Friday. He has also been charged with possession of a knife.
