Game-changing advertising competition, TV Stars 2025, created by All Response Media, has announced that Wype, a trailblazing bottom care brand, has secured the coveted prize of £50,000 a fully funded TV advertising campaign.
In January, 60 of the UK’s most innovative startups entered the 2025 edition of TV Star, in a bid to win a fully funded TV advertising campaign.
This includes fully managed and optimised TV airtime from All Response Media and creative production to craft a 30-second TV ad.
This year’s entries spanned a wide range of sectors—from health tech and personal care to food and education, making it the most diverse and competitive edition yet.
The competition has been running since 2014 and has evolved into one of the most prestigious growth opportunities for early-stage brands looking to unlock the power of television. Past competition winners are We are Wild, Freddie’s Flowers, Calm.com and Carwow.
Following a rigorous two-stage selection process, 10 finalists were chosen to deliver face-to-face pitches to a panel of seasoned industry experts.
The judges included All Response Media’s co-founders, Andy Sloan and Colin Gillespie alongside creative agency partner, Lee Climpson, Production Director at Transmission and partners Jessica Nangle at UKTN, Adam Hughes from Sky Media, Ted Unwin from Astus, and Olivia Brooks at Founders Factory.
What is Wype?
Wype is revolutionising the personal hygiene category by redefining how people think about and care for their health, starting with what they call “bottom care.” The brand combines product innovation, sustainability and wellness with an educational and medically backed approach.
Having already built a strong foundation in digital marketing and with growing traction in retail, Wype is ready to scale its message to a national audience with the help of TV to enable the brand to accelerate its mission of becoming a household name in the self-care space.
As winners, Wype will receive creative production and a national TV media plan, fully optimised through All Response Media’s proprietary analytics platform, ARMalytics®.
Andy Sloan, chief executive at All Response Media, said: “We have always believed in the power of TV to drive rapid, sustainable business growth, and TV Star is our way of opening that opportunity to bold, creative startups.
“This year’s calibre was exceptional, and Wype stood out with their vision, clarity, and readiness to scale.
“We are excited to take them on the next stage of their journey and demonstrate the game-changing effect of a well-executed TV campaign.”
Giorgia Granata, co-founder at Wype, said: “We’re beyond excited to take Wype to TV for the first time. Winning TV Star 2025 is a massive leap for us, and we’re ready to make a splash.
“The team at All Response Media and Transmission totally get what we are about, and we can’t wait to see the campaign come to life.”
TV Star will return in 2027, offering another ambitious startup the chance to reach millions and accelerate their brand growth through national TV exposure.
The competition was backed by partners at UKTN, Founders Factory, Transmission, Astus Group and Sky Media.
