Auth0 wins best place to work award; appoints Graham Moody for new People Director role

Identity and authentication company, Auth0, has appointed Graham Moody as the first people director for its international business. Moody has led people and culture teams for startups and large multinationals including Genius Sports, Ansarada, and VMware.

Moody, who is based in London, will lead the company’s human resources and employee experience functions to help foster Auth0’s culture as the business continues to grow in EMEA.

In November 2020, the company announced it had doubled its EMEA business in Q3 compared to the same period in 2019, bringing on customers including customers including Randstad, Pret A Manger and Nutmeg.

Alongside Moody’s appointment, Auth0 also announced it has earned a 3 Star Accreditation from Best Companies as one of the best places to work in the UK. The 3 Star Accreditation is Best Companies’ highest standard of workplace engagement, recognising organisations that have demonstrated outstanding leadership and management during the pandemic and an extraordinary commitment to employee wellbeing and growth.

Carolyn Moore, SVP People at Auth0 says: “We are thrilled with the 3 Star Accreditation from Best Companies, especially because it’s an organisation that truly celebrates and recognises the incredible impact that culture has on the health and success of a company. Culture has been a cornerstone for Auth0 since day one and we have invested a great deal of time and resources into ensuring that it flourishes regardless of how large we grow.”

The Best Companies accreditation is Auth0’s first best place to work award in EMEA.
