Sound thought to have been caused by a military jet reported by people in Leicestershire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire
The sound of a sonic boom or an explosion has reportedly been heard by many people across Leicestershire.
The sound was also heard across Northamptonshire and in parts of Oxfordshire.
