InfinitSpace launches second London flexible workspace

InfinitSpace, a flexible workspace provider founded by a former WeWork executive, has launched its second London office space in Holborn.

The new office space, located in Kingsbourne House, is near Covent Garden, Soho and Bloomsbury. It spans 24,000 square feet and will operate under InfiniteSpace’s ‘beyond’ brand.

InfinitSpace was founded in 2020 by Wybo Wijnbergen – the former MD of Europe at flexible workspace rival WeWork – and his brother Wilco Wijnbergen, a serial tech entrepreneur.

It is a white-label flexible workspace company that renovates office spaces for landlords, and then manages services involved with co-working spaces such as meeting rooms, barista coffee and breakout spaces – an office model popular among early-stage tech startups.

Kingsbourne House is owned by the property investment company Hagag-Gaya, founded by Israeli entrepreneur Eido Hagag.

It adds to the Netherlands-headquartered company’s first office space, which launched in March 2022 in Aldgate Tower, London.

“Since the start of the pandemic, flexible working has become the norm for many businesses. This means they need flexible spaces to work in – ones that can be accessed around the clock, are optimised with technology and provide an exceptional experience to inspire people to travel to their place of work,” said Wybo Wijnbergen, CEO of InfinitSpace.

“We are human-centric; everything we do is tailored to empowering human endeavour. And we’re delighted to partner with Eido Hagag and his team for this hugely exciting project.”
