31-year-old man from Tranmere, Wirral, had been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder
Detectives investigating the murder of Elle Edwards on Christmas Eve have released the third person arrested in connection with her shooting.
Two other people have also been held over her death but no one has been charged.
