Environment secretary insists climate crisis still a priority after criticism from opposition parties
Commons Speaker Lindsay Hoyle said he is expected to receive the report on Monday into accusations of bullying at the chaotic vote on fracking.
Hoyle launched an investigation into the allegations made about Tory MPs being “manhandled” into the government voting lobby in the Commons.
