Rishi Sunak delays fiscal statement until 17 November

Date put back from Halloween for statement to be accompanied by full economic forecast from OBR

Rishi Sunak has changed the next fiscal event from 31 October to 17 November and said it will be a full autumn statement.

Sunak told his cabinet it would be accompanied by a full forecast from the Office for Budget Responsibility.
