FDATA joined hands with Open Banking Expo: Here’s why this partnership is crucial

In the latest development, FDATA (Financial Data and Technology Association), a fintech industry lobbying organisation, has partnered with Open Banking Expo, to help support, promote and foster a global Open Banking and Open Finance community.

The collaboration announcement comes after Open Banking Expo’s recent partnership with Open Vector designed to launch community meet-ups to accelerate the proliferation of open banking in Latin America.

FDATA: What you need to know

The Financial Data and Technology Association (FDATA) is a global, not-for-profit trade association, representing fintechs operating in Open Banking and Open Finance.

FDATA works closely with government, regulatory authorities, policymakers, and industry to deliver the benefits of Open Banking and Open Finance to customers globally. 

In addition to holding seats on policy working groups, expert advisory groups, and task-forces related to Open Banking, FDATA provides a collective voice for a broad array of fintech companies, whose innovative financial applications and services empower customers to take better control of their financial lives.

FDATA is active across Europe, North America, Latin America, and Australasia, and is currently developing operations in Asia and Africa.
