Duke’s lawyer also alleges Andrew may be protected from lawsuit by a ‘secret settlement agreement’
Lawyers for Prince Andrew argued in a New York court on Wednesday that the British royal has not yet been properly served with documents related to a lawsuit alleging sexual assault.
At a pre-trial hearing in the US district court for the southern district of New York, Andrew B Brettler, representing the Duke of York, also alleged that Andrew may be protected from the lawsuit by a “secret settlement agreement” which has previously been sealed by a court.
