Industry Turns to Digital Transformation Post-Covid to Stay Relevant and Experience Growth

Digitopia, the leading digital maturity consultancy, has today announced that it has already surpassed its 2020 revenues only halfway through 2021, following an increased focus on post-pandemic digital transformation from businesses operating in automotive, engineering and manufacturing industries.

Following the events of the past 18 months, businesses across the world have come to realise the need for digital transformation. Not only does it help organisations remain agile, but it also offers long term sustainability and business success. As recovery from the pandemic continues, more companies are aiming to become more digitally mature in order to remain competitive.

Having already surpassed 2020’s revenues in the first half of 2021, Digitopia forecasts to triple its digital growth by 2022. Since the beginning of the year, the organisation has also expanded into 12 new markets, introducing its services to geographies such as Indonesia, Thailand and Brazil, as well as Europe and the Middle East. The digital revolution is global. Digitopia aims to continue its expansion into new markets, and is on track to at least double its year-on-year revenues for the next 3 years.

Digitopia’s Digital Maturity Index (DMI) remains industry agnostic, and the organisation has recently found that a wider range of sectors are now prioritising their digital transformation efforts. As well as its core customer industries in banking, insurance, retail and consumer goods, Digitopia continues to broaden its range of clientele as it continues to grow.

Halil Aksu co-founder and CEO of Digitopia said: “As COVID-19 has accelerated digital transformation, so many industries will be radically transformed in the next few years. We are in the early stages of the next evolution of business. Organisations must invest heavily in order to remain competitive and drive long term success. I am proud to over-deliver on our purpose to bring light to the digital transformation darkness. Doing so we help our customers to succeed with their digital transformation.”

Digitopia’s unique and personalised approach to digital transformation – including its digital maturity scorecard and roadmaps – enables any organisation – public or private, of any size, local, regional, or global – to accurately measure its digital progress. Its extensive benchmark data sets allow customers to compare themselves to competition and learn from best practices across all industries.
