London-based Beamery secures £99M; aims to help business clients source, hire, and retain talent

Beamery, a London-based talent acquisition platform, has secured $138 million (approx £99 million) funding in Series C round, at a valuation of $800 million (approx £574 million). 

The round was led by the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (Ontario Teachers’) through its Teachers’ Innovation Platform (TIP). Other investors including, Accenture Ventures,  EQT Ventures, Index Ventures, M12, and Workday Ventures, also participated. 

337% annual revenue growth

The funding will be deployed towards extensive product development, accelerate commercial growth in existing and new geographies, and double its rapidly growing employee base.

The round comes after a record year for the company, which finished with 337% annual revenue growth in Q4 and surpassed one million roles filled on its platform during 2020.

Talent acquisition and retention

Founded in 2013, Beamery’s Talent Operating System helps organisations quickly identify and prioritise potential candidates that are likely to thrive at their organisation, reach diversity targets, provide better learning opportunities and career pathways for existing employees.

In the past 12 months, Beamery helped to fill one million roles in 12 months for clients including, AstraZeneca, Autodesk, Nasdaq, and Workday, as the company reports record growth.
